Divisions
The South Carolina Department of Agriculture consists of four divisions - the Office of the Commissioner, Administrative Services, Agricultural Services, and Laboratory and Consumer Services. The agency is headed by the Commissioner of Agriculture who is elected by the people of South Carolina to serve a four-year term.
