SC Attorney General Releases Opinion on Hemp Farming Act
In response to a query from the State Law Enforcement Division, the South Carolina Attorney General released an advisory opinion on July 10, 2019, addressing the legality of the possession or storage of unprocessed or raw hemp plant material by individuals without a license.
