Exemption in South Carolina

In South Carolina, if a grower meets the requirements for an exemption they must submit an application to secure that exemption.  This application process will require farms to contact SCDA, provide information about their operation, they will have to sign the application that states that they certify their compliance with requirements for exemption, and in return they will receive a certificate of exemption

In South Carolina, if a farm has not applied for an exemption, they will be considered covered.
