   The state's ornamental horticulture, floriculture, nursery, and turfgrass industry covers the state's gardens with color and beauty year round.  More than that, the greenhouse, nursery, turf, and floriculture industry accounts for over 300 million dollars in annual receipts and ranks as South Carolina's second largest agricultural industry. This important industry continues to grow and prosper in our state. From lawn grass to landscape plants and flowers, ornamental horticulture and turf accounts for over 15% of cash receipts in South Carolina.
   The Certified South Carolina Grown program helps make it easier to know that the product you purchase is actually grown in our state. Whether it is tee time on the golf course or tea time on the porch to study over the landscaping plan, be aware that South Carolina grown products add value to our state's wholesome appeal and to our economy.  Resources:
