In this full-day workshop, Krista Morgan, Market Access Coordinator at CFSA, will share what farms should consider before scaling up business, and what adjustments need to be made before entering wholesale markets. Kim Butz, Local Produce Safety Coordinator at CFSA, Chad Carter, Food Systems and Safety Team, and Zachary Snipes, Area Horticulture Agent, Clemson Cooperative Extension will provide a review of FSMA vs GAP and a 101 of the Harmonized GAP Food Safety Standards.
