Kim Butz, Local Produce Safety Coordinator at CFSA, Chad Carter, Food Systems and Safety Team, and Zachary Snipes, Area Horticulture Agent, Clemson Cooperative Extension will provide a review of FSMA vs GAP and a 101 of the Harmonized GAP Food Safety Standards.
