5th Annual SC AgriBiz & Farm Expo Set for 2017
FLORENCE – The 5th annual South Carolina AgriBiz and Farm Expo will be held January 11-12, 2017 at the Florence Civic Center, 3300 West Radio Drive, Florence, SC. This year’s Expo focuses on “Efficiency on the Farm” and includes educational sessions and a trade show.
Again this year, breakfast and lunch at the Expo will feature some of the tasty offerings of the Fresh on the Menu Food Truck Rodeo. Attendees can enjoy food from It’s a Matter of Taste and The Donut Guy. The Food Truck Rodeo will be open daily from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm, and admission is free.
The Taste of South Carolina Event, sponsored by AgSouth, scheduled for Wednesday, January 11, highlights the 2017 Chef Ambassador class, SC commodities including beef, pork, poultry, soybean and peanut, and other Certified SC specialty foods. SC Advocates for Agriculture will host the Commissioner’s Breakfast Thursday, January 12, with proceeds benefitting the Commissioner’s School for Agriculture.
