Boone Hall Plantation Celebrates Strawberry Season
MT. PLEASANT – The South Carolina Department of Agriculture (SCDA) is pleased to join Boone Hall Plantation in promoting Certified South Carolina Grown strawberries during Bonne Hall’s annual Lowcountry Strawberry Festival April 22-24, 2016.
The festival not only celebrates strawberries, but it also highlights all of South Carolina agriculture. From picking strawberries to feeding animals at the petting zoo, there is fun for the entire family. SCDA is hosting a tent in the ‘Farm Land’ section of the festival offering a children’s agriculture activity and handing out strawberry recipes.

Friday: 3 p.m. – 7 p.m.
Saturday: 10 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Sunday: 12 p.m. – 7 p.m.
