The Financial Services Department processes payments for all goods and services, deposits all revenue received, and maintains accounting records of transactions consistent with state laws, regulations, and objectives of the SCDA and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. The staff also manages Department payroll, budget, and annual audits. The Agency Services Department obtains goods and services for the Department, in accordance with state procurement regulations. Agency Services also manages Department resources: mail, supplies, space management, fleet management, fixed assets inventory and communication services.
