Description: Hello from the Lowcountry! We are a small alpaca farm located on Johns Island. As of the summer of 2023 we have 25 beautiful fiber animals. After a couple of years researching and getting our ducks in a row we purchased this picturesque property and set to work making it a home for our future herd. Our "starter kit" of six alpacas arrived in the summer of 2021. Our primary focus is on the fiber. We are breeding for quality fiber and sound animals. There are 16 natural colors and we are working on having all those colors to provide a variety of luxurious fiber products. We have an online store where we sell yarn, roving, dryer balls, nesting balls, and a variety of seasonal items and fiber art. I am in love with all the natural colors and textures their fiber has and enjoy creating fiber art from my animals. We also have a portable sawmill and my husband enjoys creating live edge furniture from locally sourced trees. Our barn as a cute two bedroom apartment overlooking the pastures that we are setting up for Airbnb. We are in the process of setting up the farm to be able to share it with our community and give small private tours.
