Marketing Orders are currently in effect for beef, corn, cotton, peanuts, pork, soybeans, tobacco, and watermelons. The Commodity Boards created from the Marketing Orders now in existence include:

The Agriculture Commission of South Carolina oversees the administration of the South Carolina Agricultural Commodities Marketing Act.
