All antifreeze products must be registered with the South Carolina Department of Agriculture prior to distribution.
Multiple sizes of a product must be registered individually.
Even if you have discontinued a product, you must register the product until there is no product left to be sold.
Product renewals are due by December 31 each year. Product renewal emails will be sent out late September to early October. Once you receive the renewal email, you may renew your products.
If a company misses the December 31 deadline, the South Carolina Department of Agriculture will issue a stop order and remove all company products from shelves.
