Description: Whippoorwill Farms SC is a biodiverse regenerative farm in Jasper County. We raise chickens, pigs, cows, and naturally grown seasonal vegetables. We sell all of our meat, egg and vegetable products from the farm directly at local farmers markets and at our farm stand. We farm in the forest for ecosystem restoration and operate very differently in terms of our environmental impact than other farms in our area. Not only do we offer products and farm tours but we also offer RV sites amongst the animals with hookup, primitive tent sites and multiple unique stay options listed on Airbnb. We host schools for field trips and overnight camping. We also offer an array of classes on the farm from organic gardening to mushroom foraging to beekeeping to processing. Our farm offers so many educational opportunities for avid learners of all ages.
