The South Carolina Century Farm Program honors farms across South Carolina that have been in the same family for at least 100 years. The Century Farm Program began in 1976 and is administered by the Bart Garrison Agricultural Museum of South Carolina. The program has honored and recognized more than 400 century farms throughout the state, with the oldest dating to 1696.

The goal of the South Carolina Century Farm Program is to celebrate and honor these longstanding farming families, to collect and preserve the stories of South Carolina farmers, and to educate and discuss the role of agriculture in modern day South Carolina.
