About
We are Charleston's only vineyard and winery, offering tastings Tuesday through Saturday from 10-5. Owned and operated by Jesse and Andrea Freiwald, Deep Water Vineyard is Charleston's "newest" destination location. We have over 20 different bottled wines and 6 different bottled meads under the moniker Bears Bluff Meadery, We also partner with a vineyard in California to bring in varieties that won't grow here to expand our offerings and craft some unique blends. Our tastings include the option to try 6 different wines and cost $15 per person, which includes a souvenir stemless glass.
