About
Our adventure began in 2021 with unmanaged 63 acres of woods. Today our 90 acre Certified Tree Farm sustainably grows SC Certified products including gourmet mushrooms grown indoor and outdoor, pure honey, edible flowers, herbs, veggies and fruits using natural and organic practices. Educational classes are available for all ages and knowledge levels. Internships are available in Spring, Summer and Fall. Products are sold to SC and NC food hubs, retail stores, and online at TheCountryCarrot.com.
