We are South Carolina's largest sustainable oyster farm! Located in the pristine waters of the ACE Basin, we use floating cage technology to grow our single, select oysters called "Lowcountry Cups". You can find Lowcountry Cups on raw bars across Charleston and all over the country! We also ship direct to customers nationwide!
