We produce the following seasonal produce: green butterbeans, speckled butterbeans, crowder peas, cream peas, pinkeye peas, sweet corn, collards, cabbage, cauliflower, turnips, mustard, honey and country syrup. We also offer a full line of fresh pork products: BBQ hogs, ribs, porkchops, hams, shoulders, cracklings, hog heads, liver, hearts, spleens, country pudding, sausage, etc. We also off beef products. Our catering services are second to none. Just give us a call to set up your needs. Rizer's offers a lunch buffet from Wednesday through Saturday each week.
