Our meal plan is our most recent collaborative effort with a local plant-based cafe in Greenville, in fact this is our first week of fulfillment! Our farmers offerings are supplied each week to Sun Belly Cafe where plant-forward, healthy meals are prepared complete with information on all the local vegetables/herbs included as well as preparation instructions for full enjoyment! We also collaborate with Sante Vie, a local functional nutrition company, allowing CSA members to purchase access to their meal planning platform alongside their weekly CSA boxes.
The vision and mission is to support the various needs of our community for fresh, locally grown food and even further with collaborations like Sun Belly and Sante Vie to provide solutions to barriers that might prevent the community from purchasing local such as recipe ideas and guidance on how to prepare fresh veggies or help with pre-made meals during busy times of life.
