Food Truck Rodeo to be Held in Conjunction with SC AgriBiz & Farm Expo
FLORENCE, S.C. – The Fresh on the Menu Food Truck Rodeo will be a new addition to the 4th annual South Carolina AgriBiz and Farm Expo scheduled for January 13-14, 2016 at the Florence Civic Center, 3300 West Radio Drive, Florence, SC. Open daily from 8:30 am until 4:00 pm, patrons can sample tasty offerings prepared with the finest Certified SC Grown ingredients.
Food Truck Rodeo vendors include:
- It’s a Matter of Taste featuring Southern favorites like burgers, chicken sandwiches, kebabs and salads
- Big Dawg BBQ Barkmobile serving award-winning, slow-smoked meats, pulled pork chili, roasted pepper mac and cheese, salsa baked beans and red hash
- The Donut Guy specializing in hot, made-to-order mini donuts, funnel cakes and elephant ears with fresh toppings and homemade glazes
- Sea Eagle Seafood Market showcasing fresh, wild-caught, South Carolina seafood.
In addition to the food trucks, visitors will have the chance to see some of the newest in agricultural equipment outside of the Expo.
