Restaurants and chefs who join Fresh on the Menu commit to sourcing at least 25% of their ingredients from Certified South Carolina members when products are in season. These chefs are proud to showcase South Carolina ingredients on their menus and in their kitchens.

This statewide effort brings together chefs, food producers, and consumers who care about where their food comes from. Today, the program includes restaurants, food trucks, culinary schools, and chef ambassadors. All share a commitment to South Carolina agriculture.
