SCDA is holding interactive forums to provide you with information on the proposed revisions to Retail Food Establishments: Regulation 61-25. As we have done with past revisions of the regulation when we were part of DHEC, we’re returning to your communities to show you our updated proposal that aligns with the current FDA Food Code and addresses new emerging business models. As with the previous forums, we will be taking this time to receive your feedback. So, please come with comments and questions.
