Retail food establishments and those applying for a change of ownership will need to pay the initial permit fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00) plus the applicable annual inspection fee. The annual fee is based on the anticipated gross sales of food and food products at the time the application is submitted. The total fee will never be less than a total of $200.00 and must be paid prior to the issuance of a permit.
